Village at Allen

BDD provided civil engineering services for the development of this 181-acre open-air mixed-use lifestyle center that features 1-million-SF of big box and specialty retail space along with 500,000-SF of office space, an 8,600-seat City of Allen Events Center, a 9-story Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, and two parking garages.  BDD also prepared planwork for 7,200-LF of internal public roads located within the development.
