STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Full-time, entry-level design engineer position for recent or upcoming graduates in civil/structural engineering, architectural engineering, or multidisciplinary engineering degree plans. Bachelors or Masters candidates are encouraged to apply.

New hires will be trained and gain experience in the different areas of structural design, preparation of design drawings, and the construction administration process. Initial tasks will include Autodesk Revit training for the purpose of 3D modeling and documentation of project designs, review of shop drawing submittals for projects under construction, and practice in the design of post-tensioned and reinforced concrete structures, structural steel design, and foundation design.
After an initial training and evaluation period, new design engineers will be expected to provide structural design for elements such as reinforced concrete columns and shear walls, post-tensioned flat plates, post-tensioned girders and joists, deep foundations, structural steel beams and composite floor systems, as well as other specialty design elements. Design engineers will also begin to coordinate design with Architects and other design consultants, as well as communicate with Contractors and manage the construction process for the structural scope of a project.
New hires are encouraged to obtain EIT status prior to starting work and are also encouraged to work towards licensure as a PE and SE in structural engineering after the appropriate work experience requirements are met. Entry-level engineers will typically be paired with an experienced PE, or a group of experienced engineers, who will manage the initial training process of the new hire and also be available for questions as they arise during the on-the-job education process.

STRUCTURAL PROJECT MANAGER
Full-time, project manager position with 5-10 years of structural engineering design and project management experience. Active professional licensure is required. Should have experience in post-tensioned and reinforced concrete design, structural steel design, and project management experience of multi-story high-rise construction.
STRUCTURAL BIM TECHNICIAN
Knowledge and familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD for the preparation of structural construction drawings including plans, sections, details, and schedules.
- Ability to produce new drawings or update existing drawings, including plans, sections, and schedules from engineer provided markups.
- Ability to manage Revit models on Autodesk construction cloud in collaboration with architect.
- Familiarity working with linked BIM models and collaboration with architectural and mechanical models.
- Efficient time management, strong communication skills, and detail oriented individual.
- Knowledge of construction industry and common construction types including concrete, structural steel and, masonry is preferred.
