Village at Fairview

BDD provided civil engineering services for the development of this 200-acre open-air mixed-use lifestyle center that features 1-million-SF of upscale retail space along with 300,000-SF of office space, the 37,000-SF Town of Fairvew Town Hall, a 2-story 13,300-SF Boy Scouts of America Headquarters, a 2-level 220-car parking garage, and future DART light rail line access.  BDD also prepared planwork for 8,600-LF of internal public roads located within the development..
