The House by Starck & Yoo

BDD provided structural engineering services for this 28-story condominium tower with 300,000 SF of residential space, 30,000 SF of ground floor retail, and 5 levels of structured parking totaling 230,000 SF. The House is located in Victory Park, a mixed-use master-planned development located on 75-acres northwest of Downtown Dallas, Texas.
