North Hills Tower IV / Advance Auto Parts & The Eastern

BDD provided structural engineering services for this mixed-use development with office, residential, and retail components.  Advance Auto Parts Tower is a 20-story Class A office building with 12 levels of office over an 8-level parking podium.  The Eastern is a 35-story residential building with ground floor retail and 6 levels of parking. Once completed, The Eastern will be the tallest residential tower in Raleigh.
