Mockingbird Station

BDD provided civil engineering services for the development of this 10-acre open-air urban mixed-use development that includes over 600,000 square feet of retail, office, and residential space along with a 3-level parking garage and an onsite DART light rail commuter station.  This was a complex project that involved mixing new construction with the renovation of existing structures.
