Hall Arts I & II

BDD provided structural and civil engineering services for two phases of the Hall Arts development.  The first phase was KPMG Plaza, a 20-story 500,000-SF office tower with 20,000-SF of retail; the second phase was the 28-story Hall Arts Residences and 10-story Hall Arts Hotel, totaling 500,000 SF.  KPMG Plaza achieved LEED Gold Certification.
