Jim Riley has over 35 years of professional civil engineering experience. Mr. Riley’s sitework project experience includes the development of municipal, state, and federal facilities as well as retail developments, mixed-use developments, office buildings, hotels, residential towers, and institutional buildings. His background also includes the design of roadways, alleys, drainage facilities, and over 400,000 LF of water and wastewater main. He has considerable public entity project experience throughout North Texas, working with the City of Dallas, Cedar Hill, Carrollton, Allen, Frisco, Highland Village, and Sherman as well as the Towns of Addison and Fairview, Dallas and Collin Counties, and TxDOT.
